Assist senior FICO members during the project design phase.
Installation and configuration of FICO Fraud and Customer Management products.
Participate in the project testing phase. This will involve tracking and identification of project issues through use of troubleshooting skills.
Ensuring completion of high-quality deliverables within time-constraints.
Exercising judgment in selecting the appropriate methods, techniques and tools to meet objectives, seeking out clarification and examples when necessary.
Understanding both business and technical objectives from multiple perspectives including client view, internal development view, and operational and support view.
BS degree in computer science or engineering.
Knowledge of config/admin in Linux (RHEL) and AIX
Knowledge of Application Servers as WAS
Knowledge of database solutions as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Knowledge of Directory service as AD, Tivoli DS or ApacheDS
Advanced Java programming (socket, WS, API)
Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives, emphasis on planning skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to explain technical terms to clients at all levels and effectively communicate complex requirements to non-technical customers.
Excellent inter-personal skills, comfortable and successful establishing professional relationships especially remotely (electronic, phone, written)
Advanced English Language Skills (writing, reading, & speaking). Spanish is a plus.
Fluency in Portuguese Language
50-75% (travel is within Latin America)
